Blessing Pessu, RN, BSN
Blessing Pessu is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and the founder of White Dove Health Agency. Her vision was simple but uncommon in home care: an agency where clinical expertise meets genuine compassion.
Under her leadership as Director of Nursing, White Dove has built a reputation for RN-led care that prioritizes real health outcomes — not just billable hours. She personally shapes the care model, trains the caregiver team, and ensures every family gets the peace of mind they deserve.
